The 2023 Talking Book Services Art Gallery was a resounding success, with 57 entries from dozens of counties all across South Carolina. Competition was fierce, with many wonderful artworks in a wide variety of media. In addition to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each of three age categories, we also have a special State Librarian award for overall excellence, which was won this year by Sarah O’Reilly, age 6. All of the beautiful artwork will hang in the State Library lobby through the end of May—be sure to stop by and take a look!
