The 2023 Talking Book Services Art Gallery was a resounding success, with 57 entries from dozens of counties all across South Carolina. Competition was fierce, with many wonderful artworks in a wide variety of media. In addition to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each of three age categories, we also have a special State Librarian award for overall excellence, which was won this year by Sarah O’Reilly, age 6.
